Code development

I am currently working on a Python script that uses the emcee package to explore the parameter space of LTE synthetic line models using the GILDAS package CLASS. There isn't currently an open source package to do this, and so my code will be made publically available soon (pictured).

I was involved in a project that looked at characterising filament fragmentation using a number of analysis and model selection techniques. All methods are packaged together in an open-source Python/C module called "FragMent".
